The five most common problems

I never received my email

  1. 1Check spam and the Promotions tab — the email comes from noreply@stablex.lol.
  2. 2Make sure you used the same email you signed in with.
  3. 3Open your customer dashboard and press Resend receipt on the order.
  4. 4Still nothing after 15 minutes? Open a ticket with your order ID.

My license key doesn't work

  1. 1Copy the key from your dashboard instead of typing it — there are no spaces.
  2. 2Confirm the key belongs to the product you are opening.
  3. 3Restart Logitech G HUB completely and try again.
  4. 4If it still fails, open a ticket and paste the exact error you see.

The script does nothing in game

  1. 1Run Logitech G HUB before starting Rainbow Six Siege.
  2. 2Make sure the script profile is enabled and assigned to your mouse.
  3. 3Set the game to your normal sensitivity, DPI and FOV — the patterns are calibrated to them.
  4. 4Double-check sensitivity, DPI and FOV settings once more.

I forgot which email I bought with

  1. 1Open the customer dashboard and use Find my purchases.
  2. 2Enter any email you might have used — we only send an email if we find orders.
  3. 3The email lists every order with its order ID.

A product shows Updating or Detected

  1. 1Check the status page for the current state and last check time.
  2. 2Do not use a product marked Detected until it returns to Undetected.
  3. 3Status changes are announced in Discord as soon as they happen.
